Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our events follow the standard event industry policy: All entry fees are non-refundable. Once Colorado Runner Events has received your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a 100% credit to another event produced by Colorado Runner Events. I understand that my entry and bib numbers are nontransferable without permission.

If you cannot or choose not to participate, we do allow you to transfer your entry to another person for a fee of $10. This is only allowed up until seven days before the event. We also allow you to transfer your entry to another event produced by Colorado Runner Events for a fee of $10. This is allowed up until 14 days before the event. To transfer your entry, please see the race website for the event your are currently registered and click transfers.
